On the rare occasion that something goes wrong during the buying process, we’re here to help. WixTrendy’s Purchase Protection program allows you to shop confidently knowing you’ll receive a full refund for qualifying orders when your item:

  • Doesn’t arrive
  • Arrives damaged
  • Arrives after the estimated delivery date window
  • Differs significantly from the item description or photos (for example, the wrong material or color)
  • Fake, inauthentic, replicate.

How do I get my refund?

If you believe your order qualifies for Purchase Protection, the first step is to reach out to the seller by starting a Help request. 90% of order issues can be resolved by working with the seller.

If the issue hasn’t been resolved and it’s been 48 hours since you first messaged the seller, and the estimated delivery date for your order has passed, ask WixTrendy’s support team to step in to help you get your refund. You may need to provide some photos of damaged or misrepresented items.

What happens to the seller if I request a refund?

An occasional case opened against a seller will not negatively impact them or their shop.  

All cases that are opened on WixTrendy are taken seriously, and are reviewed carefully by our case team to ensure the right decision is made. We understand that even the most experienced sellers can have unexpected issues from time to time, which is why WixTrendy’s Purchase Protection program is in place to help sellers with qualifying orders.

How to Pay With PayPal

You can pay for most items on WixTrendy using PayPal.

To pay with PayPal:

  • In your Cart, click PayPal button.
  • Click Pay with PayPal.
  • You’re directed to PayPal.
  • Sign in and follow the steps in PayPal to confirm your payment method and order details.
  • After you confirm your payment in PayPal, you’re directed back to WixTrendy.
  • Click Place your order to complete your purchase.
  • If you have trouble with paying with PayPal, reach out to PayPal support, or select a different payment method (if available).

PayPal is a third-party payment processor who manages and processes their own transactions.

Credit and debit cards

Some sellers accept this method, sellers who accept credit and debit cards on WixTrendy accept most major credit issuers, including:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard/Eurocard
  • Diners Club
  • Discover
  • American Express
  • JCB

You may see a pending transaction on your credit card bill for a small amount. This is a pre-authorization test to ensure your card is valid. Once your card has been validated, it will be dropped from your statement.

Your card will be saved for future purchases, and can be removed or edited.

If you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, first check that your order hasn’t shipped yet. 

My order is isn’t shipped yet

If your item is marked Not Shipped, contact the shop to update your address on the order or cancel your order. You can then reorder the items with the correct shipping address.

My order was already shipped!

If your item is marked Shipped, check the seller’s policies to see if they are able to offer a replacement or refund. Each seller has their own policies that are on their shop homepage. Contact the shop to request a replacement or refund.

If any issues come up after your order has been shipped, you will want to work with your seller and the shipping service directly.

How to change your shipping address during checkout ?

If you haven’t placed your order yet, you can change your shipping address when you check out:

  • Add an item(s) to your cart.
  • Go to your Cart.
  • Go to Proceed to checkout.
  • Sign in to your account if you haven’t already, or select Continue as a guest.
  • Under Choose a shipping address, choose Add an address or select an address you previously used.
  • Choose Edit if you need to make any changes.
  • Select Ship here.
  • Confirm the payment method you want to use and review your order.
  • Select Place your order.

Contacting a seller (vendor) through Messages is the best way to get information about an item or resolve any issues you have with your order. Each seller on WixTrendy manages their own orders, and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns. Learn more about getting help with your order.
