ROLE: Sales Manager

Wix Trendy is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. We are seeking a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales management, who can develop and execute sales strategies, motivate the team, and build strong customer relationships.

You will have the opportunity to tackle exciting sales challenges in a fast-growing startup, lead a talented sales team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results that fuel business success.

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to exceed sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

ABOUT YOU

• 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and current trends.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools to interpret sales data.
• Experience in international sales or working with global teams.
